Shitake, shallots, onions, green onions and chives savory chickpea waffles. Yes this morning I made the most delicious waffles. First on a pan I cooked onions, shallots, shitake mushrooms, green onions with olive oil. Later I made a batter with one cup of chickpea flour, 1/2 cup of oat flour, and one cup of water, salt and pepper to taste. Added the veggies to the batter and started to make the waffles. (See on my instastories to follow the recipe) sounds complicated but in fact was very easy and of course I didn’t used any eggs, the chickpea flour do the magic ⭐️ I topped the waffle with vegan cream cheese truffle dip ( Vegan cheese with truffle dust) fresh figs and chives.
