Healthy Junk Food
This recipe is so easy and delicious. If you have any cravings of burger and fries or just simply love to eat like I do. This is the best recipe ever. I made Quinoa, red bean burger with sweet potato fries.
First I cook the quinoa, blended with a can of red beans added 1/4 chopped onion, salt and pepper, some gluten free breadcrumbs or flour and made the patties. you can either put them on a pan or baked them. For the sweet potatoes I cut them in juliane, sprinkle olive oil, salt and rosemary and bake them in the oven for an hour at 350.
You can make an easy vegan mayo with curry to dip the chips as well.
